Are you passionate about delivering top-tier customer service in the automotive industry? Looking to join a trusted main dealer where your skills are valued and your efforts are rewarded?
We're on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s dynamic team in the Eastbourne area.
What’s in it for you?
✔️ £28,000 – £32,000 basic salary
✔️ Up to £7,000 annual bonus
✔️ Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm
✔️ 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8am–12pm – paid as overtime!
✔️ 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays

What you'll do:
• Be the friendly face welcoming customers into the service department
• Book appointments, provide updates, and ensure a smooth customer journey
• Liaise with technicians and ensure clear communication throughout
• Deliver an exceptional level of service every time
