We're on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s dynamic team in the Eastbourne area.
What’s in it for you?
✔️ £28,000 – £32,000 basic salary
✔️ Up to £7,000 annual bonus
✔️ Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm
✔️ 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8am–12pm – paid as overtime!

What you'll do:
• Be the friendly face welcoming customers into the service department
• Book appointments, provide updates, and ensure a smooth customer journey
• Liaise with technicians and ensure clear communication throughout
