We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background, in the building trade with basic hand tools and driving license. This role requires attention to detail while also providing excellent customer service.
This is a self employed position.
Responsibilities
Conduct property maintenance in the local area.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients.
Possess a vast knowledge of most building trades with an eye for detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £16.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
