Crynodeb
1. Contribute to delivery of the Trusts strategic objectives and business drivers. 2. Responsibility for the development, implementation and review of the Trusts Property and Space Utilisation Strategy, Plan and Policies, as well as ensuring Governance arrangements are clearly in place and managed. 3. Ability to develop outline and detailed business case proposals, aimed at improving service delivery and to support new clinical pathways. Ability to develop outline and detailed business case proposals, aimed at maintaining, extending or improving the Trusts Estate. 4. Work closely and collaboratively with all parts of the Estates & Facilities Directorate to ensure all aspects of Estates & Facilities processes and plans are complied with and considered within strategic plans particularly in regard to leasehold repairing and maintaining obligations. 5. Lead, develop and be professionally accountable for the Trusts property strategy and policy for space planning, allocation and management, by developing an internal professional and proactive strategic service. 6. To formulate letting strategies and standardised terms for leasing premises. 7. Work with Devon CCG, NHS England and Improvement, DHSC and other public sector organisations in relation to the development of the Trusts property portfolio.
