Living Well is a health and wellbeing service supporting people across Rochdale to take positive steps to improve their lifestyle.
We help people eat well, move more, stop smoking, manage their mental wellbeing, and connect with others in their community.

What you’ll be doing

As an Admin and Project Support Officer, you’ll play an important role in the smooth running of the Living Well service. You’ll be
the first point of contact for Champions and client referrals and will help manage our database, coordinate data collection,
support volunteers, and assist with event planning and delivery.

This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and passionate about improving community health and
wellbeing.

What we need from you

* You’re a motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent IT and data management skills
* You’re comfortable using databases and confident with digital tools
* You can work independently and as part of a supportive team
* You’re a strong communicator, both in person and via email or phone
* You’re friendly, approachable, and committed to providing a great service to all
* You may speak a community language, which is a great advantage in this role
* You’re committed to safeguarding, equality, and ongoing improvement.

What we will offer you in return

* A full-time role, for 35 hours a week. Your annual salary will be £24,790 (this is based on NJC Point 5).
* A fixed term contract until 31 March 2026 (with potential to extend, subject to funding)
