Construction Procurement Manager needed in Kidlington Paying £650 per Day Ref 367390

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Are you ready to lead procurement for high-impact construction projects that shape communities and deliver real value?

We’re looking for a Construction Procurement Manager to oversee the strategic procurement of capital programmes, ensuring best practice, compliance, and innovation. You’ll work across complex stakeholder environments, support team development, and help drive procurement excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement for major construction and infrastructure programmes
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals
  • Manage tendering, evaluation, and contract award processes
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and governance standards
  • Support contract management and supplier performance
  • Promote continuous improvement and team development
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Experience in construction procurement or capital programme delivery
  • Knowledge of NEC and JCT contract terms
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Experience supporting team development and procurement excellence
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement frameworks and tools
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. MCIPS, RICS, PRINCE2)
