About the Role:
We’re working with a well-established contractor that specialises in high-end residential build-outs and luxury refurbishments, delivering bespoke homes to the highest standards. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced and driven Contracts Manager to join their team and take full control of multiple live projects across Oxford and surrounding areas.

This is a key role in the business, and you’ll be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to final handover — with a strong focus on JCT contract administration, quality control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple high-end residential construction and refurbishment projects

Ensure full compliance and administration of JCT contracts (a critical aspect of the role)

Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to spec

Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure smooth communication and project progress

Implement and monitor project programmes, budgets, H&S compliance, and QA procedures

Support and mentor site managers, ensuring company standards are upheld at every stage

Resolve issues on-site promptly, maintaining strong relationships and excellent client service

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, Construction Manager, or Project Manager within high-end residential construction

Strong working knowledge of JCT contract forms – this is non-negotiable

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

A sharp eye for detail and quality, particularly in high-spec environments

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to Oxford-based sites
