Are you proficient in customer service, with experience working front of house and at events? Are you looking for a new challenge? Would you like to join our Welcome Team?

We are looking for Visitor Services Assistant to provide an efficient and effective customer focused welcome to all our visitors, Members, volunteers and alumni at the University of Liverpool’s Ness Botanic Gardens.

As a Visitor Services Assistant you will be responsible for the service and delivery of all point of sale and welcome activities while observing at all times the principles of the visitor experience and always project a friendly, proactive, helpful and approachable image.

Working as part of a team, you will carry out day to day tasks as specified by your supervisor or Manager and have a flexible approach to working in all other areas at Ness Botanic Gardens.

You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and great customer service skills. Being a team player is an essential quality to enable and assist the Welcome Team to achieve their mission to provide excellence in value, quality, and customer experience.

You will have 3 GCSEs Grade C and above, or equivalent including English Language.
