Clinical Lead - Cuerden Care Homes
We are recruiting a RMN clinical lead for our specialist services within Cuerden Care Homes in the Wigan area.
This role will support the home managers and current clinical teams in the day to day running of the service.
Cuerden Cares Specialists services offer placements for people who need specialist support during difficult times in their lives.
The homes support people who may have a diagnosis of severe and enduring mental health, neurodiversity and Neurological conditions.
Cuerden Care has over 250 specialist care beds and has supportive management clinical teams.
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Mental Health to fit into our current management team and work over 2 sites as clinical lead.
Cuerden Care homes offer a supportive and friendly environment to work within and a full training package.
The person we would like to join our team should have the following skills:
· Computer literate to a high standard
· Team player
· Experience of working within mental health services
· A kind, caring and person-centred approach to care.
· An understanding of safeguarding procedures
· Be open and honest
· Have excellent leadership skills
