Administrator

Start Date: September 2025 onwards

Salary: Grade 3, SP 4 - 6 Contract type: 26 hours, 5 working days per week / 38 working weeks per year

Contract: Term time – Permanent

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and friendly Administrator to fulfil a key role in our school.

Duties will include but not limiting to:

• Offer outstanding administrative support to staff and students.
• To compile and maintain pupil records and provide other clerical and administrative support to the school.
• Working in collaboration with your line manager to raise achievement throughout the school.
• Data entry and updating of students to classes, checking and amendments.
• Processing of the school census on a termly basis and uploading this onto COLLECT following Department of Education policies and procedures.
• Setting up the academic year and pre-admission group on Arbor and Go4Schools.

Closing date: 16th July 2025
