Crynodeb
Management and reporting of Energy Performance across both utilisation and cost. Work closely with external energy consultants to actively provide regular assurance. Manage, plan, organise and implement apprenticeships, learning and general training programmes, including arrangement of supervision, shadowing, and on-the-job learning opportunities to apprentices and trainees. Liaison with college representatives and provision of information with regards to college reviews and progress will also be required. Effectively diagnose engineering faults and initiate repairs including management of the CAFM system ensuring all departmental KPI and reactive works are completed within timescale and output reports are prepared for assurance meetings, operational meetings and SMT Maintain records of all statutory requirements and services, so as to comply with relevant legislation, to include; evidence of PPM, evidence of reactive response times and resolution, Permit to Work systems, training etc.
