We pride ourselves on enabling our learners to meet their individual needs and aspirations and we deliver a learning experience that is unique, enjoyable and rewarding.Our Business Development Department is responsible for the management and delivery of a range of provision, including Apprenticeships, English for Work, Short Training programmes and adult education programmes. About the RoleThe JCP Coordinator will play a vital role in the development and enhancement of our Jobcentre Plus (JCP) provisions. This position will focus on establishing our service as a benchmark for best practices, ensuring the college is well-positioned for future contracts and programs that support sustainable employment for individuals who are long-term unemployed.The successful candidate will establish and maintain positive, proactive relationships with JCP centre managers and work coaches to ensure that our services consistently meet agreed-upon targets. Ensuring the provision aligns with the needs of stakeholders and meets performance targets. Therefore, prior experience working with clients on Universal Credit, as well as delivering effective advice and guidance (IAG), is essential. Additionally, excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and IT proficiency are required for this role.
