Join us as a Resourcing Coordinator, working closely with the Resourcing Operations Manager to drive hourly recruitment and support hiring managers across the UK.

Job Description

As Resourcing Coordinator, you’ll focus on reducing time-to-hire and improving talent attraction for frontline Placemaker roles, using a range of recruitment methods including job boards, social media, and skills days.

You’ll handle application screening, vetting, and administrative tasks to ensure the best candidates are presented, helping operational teams focus on their core priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment of hourly employees
Reduce time taken to hire hourly staff
Screen and review CVs
Update and maintain adverts on Indeed for consistency
Explore and manage advertising platforms
Coordinate vetting of hourly candidates
Schedule and book interviews

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in coordination and accountability
Strong compliance and confidentiality standards
Knowledge of recruitment practices and job boards preferred
Ability to work well under pressure
Skilled at coordinating multiple teams to meet deadlines
Attention to detail and good MS Office skills
