An opportunity has arisen for a member of staff as a maternity cover to support the on-going work of the Opportunities for All Team as a SCOPE coordinator. The SCOPE programme has been created to support young people aged 15- 17 who reside in Q1 and have disengaged from school. The focus of the programme is to establish relationships with individual young people and support them to develop a range of social, emotional and employability skills. This temporary position will require a suitable candidate to offer appropriate guidance and support to young people who experience a range of barriers to accessing pathways available to them.
This post offers 35 hours of work a week, Monday to Friday at Grade 6. The post is initially required from 29 September until 30 June 2026.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
