Routine Compliance Checks: Inspecting ladders, fire doors, and windows, and recording results in coordination with the Facilities Management team.
Basic Maintenance and Decoration: Performing minor repairs, refurbishment, and redecoration tasks that are pre-approved and scheduled.
Task Support: Supporting other duties within competence, subject to appropriate risk assessments and management approval.
Ad Hoc Duties: Carrying out additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the estate.
