Summary
Main duties / responsibilities include
Processing of new starter, changes, and leaver paperwork - Issuing letters and updating HR systems.
Recruitment administration – liaising with agencies, arranging interviews, and issuing offer pack, joiner pack for India and UK employees.
Manage the onboarding of new permanent and contractor employees, including inductions, references and Right to Work checks
Recording sickness and absence data, processing Return to Work information
Completing UK RLMT process and support
Managing internal HR databases – Zoho mail and Zoho HR people
Inputting, collating, and reporting of HR data
Supporting apprentice and young talent schemes including local school’s network
Conducting exit interviews and leaver documentation
Coordinate arrangements for meetings and training, whilst maintaining employee and training files
Supporting internal audits and compliance checks
Support and coordinate with company accountant team
Providing support to managing director and wider organization
Produce documents e.g., letters, presentations and spreadsheets utilizing standard IT packages i.e., Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications /websites
Any other reasonable duties
Help company establish right HR tools, process, and methods
Overall in charge of below Operations, Payroll, Time and attendance, Recruitment Business Partner
Annual Appraisal system n salary and compensation
ZOHO CRM management
Accounts and finance support
Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
Answers phone calls and transfer them as necessary
Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests
Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
Maintain working hours trackers for each employee from timesheets vs required working hours
Support the issue of offers, contracts of employment, and onboarding of new starters.
Keeping employee’s right to work and compliance up to date
Prepare payroll data every month.
Being the first point of contact for Innoviz and answering queries in a timely manner
Helping out with Recruitment when needed- Editing CVs and sourcing them
Skills needed for the role
Previous HR, administration and recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
Confidence with IT and other computer packages
MS office tools esp. word, ppt, excel and project
Demonstrable compliance or audit experience would be beneficial
Able to organize, prioritize, and work effectively as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills
A good level of written and oral communication at various levels
Excellent customer and service focus
Strong PC Skills: Excel, Word, Spreadsheet and Data analysis
Ability to work under pressure
Full Driving license
Must be eligible to work in the UK
Must be computer literate
Must be able to use Google Business Suite confidential
Desirable / Essential experience / qualifications
Able to demonstrate initiative, prioritize and organize own work
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Good and clear communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent time management
Professional and confidential
Ability to work well under pressure
Demonstrable knowledge of GDPR regulations and other HR best practices
Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and apprenticeship levy would be desirable
Previous experience within an HR and aerospace industry environment would be advantageous
