About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our dynamic food production operations . This is a high-profile role with responsibility across a diverse range of offerings including executive dining, events, conferences, bespoke menus, and multiple food service outlets.
You’ll take ownership of culinary excellence, team leadership, and commercial delivery, ensuring every plate meets the highest standards and contributes to the success of our venue. Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Leadership
Lead the development, innovation, costing, planning, and approval of menus
Oversee the delivery of VIP functions, events, and high-end executive dining
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all services
Operational Excellence
Drive labour and food GP targets across all food service operations
Champion a health & safety-first culture
Manage food purchasing and stock control
Lead team communication, development, training, and succession planning
Support apprenticeship programmes and talent development
Customer & Client Focus
Build strong client relationships through outstanding culinary delivery
Use insight and creativity to increase customer satisfaction and sales
About You – Person Specification:
Essential:
Proven experience as a Head or Executive Chef in a high-volume, multi-outlet environment
Expert culinary skills and a strong knowledge of menu development
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
Commercial acumen and business management experience within kitchen operations
Passion for delivering excellent food and customer experiences
Desirable:
NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3)
