Location: Stowe School, Buckinghamshire, MK18 5EH
Rate of pay: £40,000pa
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days)

Weeks: 52 weeks

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Manager to join the prestigious team at Stowe School. This role offers the chance to work with a supportive team and staff. Due to the challenging location of Stowe School, candidates must either drive or have their own mode of transport to reach the location.



Job Description

  • To assess employee performance and recognise training needs and potential as appropriate.
  • Ensuring that the location achieves, as a minimum, the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget.
  • Monitor the work of all the managers ensuring that we are compliant with all legislation and Holroyd Howe practices.
  • Engage in team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets, standards required and company and client information.
  • To assist management to ensure employee performance and recognise training needs and potential as appropriate.
  • To highlight and guide management to ensure the location achieves, as a minimum, the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget.
  • Provide training reports from the knowledge centre to the Director of Catering and flag any concerns around outstanding training
  • Ensuring that the location meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation and procedures.

  • To conduct Food Safety and Health and Safety Risk Assessments and ensure that all standards and procedures with regard to Hygiene and Safety are established and maintained in line with the company manual.

  • Record and report all accidents within the location adhering to location and company procedures.

  • Ensure that Head Office and your Operations Manager receives all the appropriate financial information promptly and accurately in absence of Director of Catering an to client as required.

  • Ensure that all bookwork is completed timely, accurately and efficiently and in line with Holroyd Howe procedures.

  • To maintain controls in order to ensure the security of Holroyd Howe and Client’s premises, materials and money.



Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing a medium-sized team within a contract catering business
  • Will be highly organised, able to work and prioritise workload to meet changeable, and sometimes tight, deadlines
