Crynodeb
As a HCA working within the theatre setting, the expectation is that, with adequate training, supervision and assessment, you will be able to; - To participate as a member of the multidisciplinary team providing the highest standard of patient care - Undertake specific delegated tasks following the appropriate training and competency level - To adhere to all Trust policies and procedures - To assist qualified staff by circulating in theatre, supporting both the nursing staff and the multidisciplinary team. - To undertake clinical activities, following training and assessment, as directed by the Registered Nurse - To adhere to IPC guidelines regarding sterility in theatre(See attached Job Description and Person Specification for full details)
