Summary
We are looking for; We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and committed mental health, Band 4 senior support worker to join our community based, multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the mental health difficulties experienced by children and young people What we can offer you is; flexible working options, Protected training time working in CAMHS is a specialist and demanding area. We know you will need to develop skills and abilities as part of your professional development which is why we have a frequent teaching sessions, monthly reflective practice and access to training opportunities Protected Supervision We ensure that all our staff have clinical supervision for a minimum of 1 hour protected time every month You will be also be allocated a buddy All clinicians are supported with monthly case management and have a clear job plan which is regularly reviewed. We have weekly team meetings, working within a multi-disciplinary approach. We encourage all our team to join the current transformation projects and service improvement working groups
