About the Role
This brand new role has been created during an exciting period of growth and change. As our new HR Business Partner you’ll—join our Talent team of 4, supporting continued success and aims in attracting, developing, engaging and retaining the very best people in our industry.

You will report to our Chief People Officer, collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager and highly skilled Senior Leadership Team. Your work will be diverse, hands-on, and impactful supporting us to scale and evolve.
What You'll Be Doing
HR Business Partnering: Building trusted relationships across Whitetree, providing expert HR advice and guidance.
Onboarding: Taking the lead on onboarding activities – offer packs, checks and clearances to first day plans.
Systems: Assisting with the identification, roll out and management of a new HRMS.
Induction: Planning and providing a smooth, value add induction for our newest, talented employees.
Associate Contract Management: Working with our busy Talent team, handling sub-contractor onboarding contracts and compliance.
Policy & Process: Driving the development, compliance and continuous improvement of our people policies and practices.
HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR queries, records, documentation, and administration with speed and accuracy.
Strategic Initiatives: Contributing to continuous improvement projects in areas such as DEI, employee wellbeing, performance management and reward.
Data & Insights: Gathering data to inform decisions and help shape initiatives that support our people, maintain our expert teams and protect our enviable culture.
What We’re Looking For
Experience within a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role
Understanding of the fast pace professional services / consultancy model a bonus
Knowledge of HR best practice, UK employment law, contracts and compliance
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience ideal
Skilled across employee lifecycle from onboarding onwards
Remote working experience is essential - remote work here means independence and flexibility, not isolation
Familiarity with sub-contractor contract handling would be beneficial
Drive and focus, we operate on trust, support and accountability — we won’t be hovering
Proven ability to support stakeholders at all levels – our people are client focused consultants
A creative, solution-focused approach with an eye for continuous improvement - we move quickly in the Talent team
Excellent communication skills, a collaborative can-do mindset with a curious approach - don’t be afraid to ask why and offer a different perspective
A passion for wellbeing, DEI and creating a positive people experience
Current right to live and work in the UK
Southwest based
Ability to travel, typically Bristol area – in person days / meetings circa twice a month
