We are looking for a Lead Product Manager in Contact Centre and associated channels to join our community of product experts in DWP Digital Channels.
We're driving a once-in-a-generation transformation of government services, using fresh ideas and leading-edge technologies to create innovative, scalable, and user-centric contact centre solutions.
You'll work with and lead our product teams, using your contact centre domain knowledge to develop product roadmaps and handle complex issues.
Together with the Architects, Engineers, Operational colleagues and business strategy teams, you'll co-develop applications that enable millions of DWP citizens to access essential support, payments and to get into work.
The scale of what we do is extraordinary, with over 35,000 agents and receiving circa 80 million calls a year.

We are looking for a lead product manager to join Digital Channels for the Next Generation Contact Centre (NGCC) & Contact Centre Modernisation Programme (CCMP).
The role will be responsible for leading a portfolio of products within Digital Channels Contact Centres.
As a Lead product manager, you will:
- Be accountable to create and maintain contact centre products and services for DWP. Utilising your product and technical expertise in contact centre products, you will develop product roadmaps and manage product lifecycles ensuring full alignment with DWP Strategy.
- Work with wide range of stakeholders, both internally and external to DWP. You will support and convey key decisions about your set of products and enable your team to have the space to deliver.
- Have wide ranging experience of product management techniques that you can coach and mentor other product professionals.
- Be part of a senior leadership team, contributing to the aims of DWP digital and line manage product managers and analysts within your area.
- Be a part of our Product Community of Practice, where Product Managers across DWP Digital come together to share learning, discuss their development needs, gain support, and solve for common problems.
