Crynodeb
Multi-Skilled Joiners required in the Sheffield/Doncaster area to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations. You will be working on various Kitchen and Bathroom schemes.
The Client
Our client is an award winning sub contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.
The Role
Main duties are:
- Working in void and tenanted properties
- Ripping out kitchens/tiles off the wall and taking these to a skip and picking up the new kitchen from a building merchants
- Installing a new kitchen, three courses of tiles, plaster-patching and painting it all white.
The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is ongoing.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Multi-skilled Joiner
- Must have your own Van with a roof rack
- Social housing experience
- Own Tools
- You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
