Randstad Education is looking for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching to students in Years 2 to 6 who experience challenges with communication and social interaction, often linked to Autism.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching and ensure the progress and wellbeing of all assigned pupils
- Monitor and support the learning outcomes of your students
- Supervise any support staff working with your pupils
- Stay up to date with teaching standards and professional duties
- Follow and apply all School policies, including safeguarding and equality
- Lead a subject or curriculum area with responsibility for quality and standards
- Support School improvement through planning and self-evaluation
- Provide guidance and support to teaching and support staff
- Recommend suitable resources to enhance teaching and learning
- Lead relevant staff training and professional development
- Contribute to achieving the School's overall aims and values
What We're Looking For
- Hold a PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification, with evidence of ongoing professional development
- Confident in delivering lessons across multiple subject areas
- Knowledge and experience in working with students with ASD, SEMH, and PDA profiles
- Strong understanding of safeguarding practices and child protection procedures
- Skilled in managing a variety of behavioural approaches, including challenging behaviours
