We're searching for a dedicated Primary SEN Teacher to join their supportive team and make a profound impact on students in Years 2-6.

Responsibilities
As a Primary SEN Teacher, you'll be instrumental in shaping bright futures. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging, differentiated lessons meticulously tailored to EHCPs.
- Creating a consistent, structured classroom that provides security and fosters optimal learning.
- Developing communication, social, and emotional skills through targeted strategies.
- Collaborating closely with Teaching Assistants and other support staff to ensure every pupil's needs are met.
- Monitoring progress diligently, adapting approaches, and celebrating every single achievement.
- Fostering an inclusive, respectful, and emotionally safe learning space.
- Working effectively with parents, carers, therapists, and external agencies to ensure a cohesive support network.
- QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification is essential.
- Proven experience working with primary-aged children with Autism or related SEN.
- A strong understanding of EHCP implementation and personalised teaching methods.
- Calm, compassionate behaviour management strategies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
