We are a newly built 68 bedded service situated in Whitchurch. The home will provide care across two floors integrating four communities in a state-of-the-art luxurious facility.

Requirements

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Assist the Manager and Clinical Lead in providing a home for residents which promotes a caring environment through high standards of professional practice
  • Meet the care needs of residents whilst promoting dignity, privacy, safety and independence
  • Act as a supportive and effective leader
  • Attend all in house and external training as required
  • Perform all nursing duties to a high standard
  • Complete physical and psychological assessments of new residents on admission.
  • Safely administer medication and keep records.
  • Ensure effective rotas are in place.
  • Register with the relevant professional bodies.
