We are a newly built 68 bedded service situated in Whitchurch. The home will provide care across two floors integrating four communities in a state-of-the-art luxurious facility.

Requirements
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Assist the Manager and Clinical Lead in providing a home for residents which promotes a caring environment through high standards of professional practice
- Meet the care needs of residents whilst promoting dignity, privacy, safety and independence
- Act as a supportive and effective leader
- Attend all in house and external training as required
- Perform all nursing duties to a high standard
- Complete physical and psychological assessments of new residents on admission.
- Safely administer medication and keep records.
- Ensure effective rotas are in place.
- Register with the relevant professional bodies.
