We’re recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a vibrant and supportive nursery team in Eastcote. What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities based on the EYFS framework.
• Helping to create a safe, fun, and educational environment for children aged 2-5.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Monitoring and documenting children’s progress and development.
• Ensuring the highest standards of care and safety are maintained at all times.
• Supporting a team of practitioners and assisting with day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:
• Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding standards.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and professional attitude towards children.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
