Located in our London office, with options for Stevenage or Bury St Edmunds, this role promises diversity and excitement. As a permanent employee, you will attract a salary of £94,904, a car allowance, and a 3% bonus. After a 6-month probationary period, enjoy the flexibility of blended working - three days in the office and two remote.

Your key responsibilities will include producing and issuing contracts for works and services within the Capital Programme, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager and the wider team, providing expert quantity surveying support and advice. Managing commercial matters for centralised contracts and projects, you will ensure contract requirements are met, maximising profit delivery and supporting various project teams.

Imagine working in a role where you are the go-to Commercial Lead for contracts on client construction projects. You'll ensure project delivery teams provide accurate information for contracts, critically reviewing documents to ensure suitability and legal compliance. Your expertise will guide the preparation of activity schedules, tender documentation, and risk registers. Collaborate with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Risk Managers to deliver comprehensive contract documents, manage change control procedures, and resolve contract issues.

To be successful in this role, you should have quantity surveying experience, an in-depth knowledge of contracts, and a proven track record in managing high-value contracts.
