What You’ll Be Doing:-
Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN

Supporting teachers in delivering accessible and engaging lessons

Fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Encouraging students to build confidence, independence, and social skills

Collaborating closely with the SENCO and wider school team to meet individual needs

Individuals who are caring, resilient, and passionate about SEN support

Prior experience with children is ideal but not essential

A team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
