Location: Primary Schools across Bristol

Hours: Full-time and part-time roles available
Contract Type: Fixed-term and permanent positions
Are you passionateabout supporting individual learners to thrive? Do you enjoy working in a nurturing, inclusive, and dynamic school environment? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join our team across a number of welcoming primary schools in Bristol.
Your new role
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide tailored Support to a specific pupil with additional learning needs
Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans
Foster a positive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress
Support emotional regulation and social development
Assist with classroom activities and transitions to ensure inclusion
What you'll need to succeed
- A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with children (in a school or other setting) is desirable
- A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential
