As an Inquiries and Decisions Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving effective decision-making processes within our organization. Responsibilities
Manage and respond to incoming inquiries from stakeholders in a timely manner.
Analyze information provided in inquiries to assess validity and relevance.
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for decision-making.
Document and track all inquiries and resolutions to maintain accurate records.
Make informed decisions based on established policies and procedures.
Provide feedback to stakeholders regarding the status of their inquiries and decisions made.
Identify trends in inquiries to recommend improvements to processes and policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in inquiry management or decision-making roles.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using inquiry management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £29.61
