The role:
Our client is seeking six experienced Training & Instructional Design Consultants to support a large-scale leadership and CPD programme. You’ll lead the end-to-end design and development of engaging, measurable learning experiences—aligned with organisational goals and delivered using proven instructional methodologies. Immediate start required.
You must have strong TNA and curriculum design expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a track record in designing structured training at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training needs and gap analyses
• Design curricula, learning objectives, and lesson plans
• Develop engaging training programmes aligned with strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders and content creators
• Support evaluation and continuous improvement
What the client is looking for:
• Proven experience in instructional design and training development
• Strong understanding of learning methodologies and taxonomies
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and structured learning design
• Experience in complex or hierarchical organisations
