* Location: Ripley, Derbyshire
* Monday - Thursday: 07:30-16:30 Friday: 07:30-14:00

Responsibilities
* Streamline manufacturing processes for new projects
* Maintain quality controls and meet cost targets
* Ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with regulations
* Define and improve manufacturing operations
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifying Criteria
* HNC (or equivalent) in engineering
* Experience in heavy gauge fabrication or machine shop processes
* Skilled in interpreting complex engineering drawings and using CAD
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
