Customer & Product Manager | London, SW1Y 4LB (Hybrid—King’s Cross office, just a 3-minute walk from the station) | Full Time - Typically 2–3 days in the office per week, with flexibility | £45,000–£52,000 depending on experience
Our client has been adding colour to people’s lives for over 190 years and they're not slowing down. They are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Customer & Product Manager to join them on a 6–9 month contract and help shape how their iconic brand shows up in store and online.
This role sits at the intersection of product and customer marketing, connecting insight with action and turning plans into impact. You'll work across multiple channels and retail partners, supporting product road mapping, campaign rollouts, and POS development that helps them win at the shelf.
Are you the right person for the job?
• Solid experience in customer or product marketing, ideally in a DIY retail, FMCG, or consumer brand environment
• Hands-on experience with POS development and in-store marketing delivery
• Confidence working with retailers and third-party marketplaces
• A practical, organised mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Great communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage briefs, workstreams, and deadlines
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Shopify (preferred but not essential)
What will your role look like?
• Understand our products inside and out and help shape clear, compelling messaging across POS, packaging, digital and retail touchpoints
• Lead the day-to-day POS and packaging delivery to retailer partners, ensuring consistency and impact
• Support product activation across retail and marketplace channels
• Keep projects on track and timelines tight—working with supply chain, sales, and operations
• Use data, retail feedback and insight to shape messaging, asset development and product storytelling
What can you expect in return?
• Competitive salary based on experience
• A hybrid working model: King’s Cross office + WFH flexibility
• A dynamic and supportive team
• The opportunity to make a real impact on an iconic brand
• Be part of a business where creativity and clarity go hand in hand
Our client believes creativity thrives when diverse perspectives come together. They welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, regardless of race, gender, age, ability, religion, or identity.
