Product Manager with demonstrable experience in product management, strong project management, experience creating very high quality documentation and guides, and a strong sense of design is required for a well-established Cloud IT Services Company based in the City of London.
SALARY: £60,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) + Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Hybrid. Working from the City of London office (Faringdon / Chancery Lane EC1N) and from home
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Product Manager with demonstrable experience in product management, strong project management, experience creating very high quality documentation and guides, and a strong sense of design.
AI is one of the fastest-growing areas of client demand. The company has developed Private AI - a secure, flexible and highly usable product that brings the benefits of AI safely into the daily workflows of their professional service clients.
AI experience isn’t essential – if you have worked in a startup or scale-up setting and enjoy fast-moving environments with lots of change - the company will bring you up to speed on the product!
As the Product Manager you will help shape and scale this product. You’ll work closely with technical teams and customer relationship managers to define product strategy, streamline the deployment process and lead client engagement.
The Product Manager is a hands-on role - ideal for someone who likes clarity but is comfortable with grey areas as things evolve.
DUTIES
Your duties as the Product Manager will include:
• Own and evolve the product roadmap
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineers, security experts, consultants) to deliver updates and enhancements
• Monitor usage and suggest improvements to drive adoption
• Manage and support client rollouts
• Run customer feedback sessions and shape insights into clear development priorities
• Own and deliver the customer onboarding experience
• Create straightforward documentation and training materials
• Keep product content up to date across web and client interfaces
• Be a visible point of contact for clients - demoing the product, gathering feedback and resolving issues
• Keep an eye on market trends and competitor tools
• Help define and guide product strategy
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Essential skills
• Have previous product experience across two or more roles
• Have great attention to detail and a strong sense of design - and it shows in the quality of your work
• Are confident in customer-facing roles, in person and online
• Are highly organised, with strong project management skills
• Are comfortable using CMS and publishing tools - and quick to pick up new platforms and interfaces
• Can explain complex ideas simply and clearly
• Are self-managed and thrive without lots of structure
• Enjoy fast-moving environments with lots of change - you might even prefer them
• Have worked in a startup or scale-up setting before
Nice to have (but not essential)
• Experience with design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
• An interest in AI and how it’s changing the professional services world
• Background in tech consultancy or working with B2B clients
BENEFITS
• A role with influence in a growing part of the business
• Supportive team environment with space to grow
• Regular career progression
• 21 days (increasing after 3 years of service) holiday, public holidays
• Birthday day off
• Private healthcare after probation
• 40% off gym membership
• Great pension scheme from day one
• Cycle to work scheme
• Eyecare vouchers
• Central location, next to a famous food market
• A friendly, inclusive, sustainable work environment
• Regular social events (tech-infused minigolf and darts, pool, and more!)
• Electric car scheme after 2 years of service
• Recruitment referral scheme
