Crynodeb
This pivotal, fast-paced, and exciting role will lead the delivery of a high-quality customer-focussed Payments and Income Service ensuring effective leadership and management of our dedicated operational teams. With in-depth technical knowledge and understanding of Payments and Income practice, you will provide proficient leadership to ensure the service is well positioned to effectively mobilise and embed a programme of transformational change. Excellent communication and engagement skills with the ability to analyse and appraise strategic change options will be crucial to this role.

You will also receive 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 31 days annual leave plus bank holidays after 5 years’ service. The role is designated as fully agile being home-based with occasional visits to various customers and partners located across Cheshire West and Chester and Cheshire East Councils.
