Crynodeb
Triage patients via telephone, evaluate and prioritise patient symptoms and provide home care advice. Signpost patients to appropriate services and give reassurance in line with the Government Standards for Better Health, up to date NICE Guidelines, Organisation Policies and Professional Body Codes of Conduct. Ensuring that triage is a continuous process and all categories are checked on a regular basis, to ensure that the priority remains correct. To refer to professional texts and training references online and through the Adastra system, when implementing triage. To maintain clear, concise and accurate documentation within the systems provided. Please see attached Job Description for further information.
