This advert is for two job- Roade (24.5hrs) Monday- 14.30-18.30 Tuesday - 14.30-18.30 Wednesday- 14.30-18.30 Thursday- 08.00-12.30 & 14.30-18.30 Friday 14.30-18.30 Grange Park (24hrs) Tuesday to Friday 12.30-18.30 Job Role- To cover the front desk professionally and ensure all patients are helped and provided the best care possible between the hours of 08.00-18.30 Provide telephone and face to face access for patients to book, cancel and check appointments as per the patients request and deal with customers in a calm and sympathetic manner, working at a continuously high pace under pressure to deliver high levels of accuracy. Giving information on the services that are available across our 6 practices to patients Working together as a team to provide great patient care Support patients who may have a problem or complaint. Undertake basic prescription administration training, ensuring that queries are answered Partake in any training indicated as appropriate for personal and professional development.
