Are you ready to take charge of an extraordinary entertainment destination? We are looking for a forward-thinking Senior Manager
to lead our vibrant, multi-activity venue—someone who brings energy, commercial savvy, and a passion for creating memorable
moments for families and guests.
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Drive venue performance, revenue, and growth
* Lead, develop, and inspire a talented team
* Champion top-tier customer service, safety, and hygiene
* Build strong relationships with clients and partners
* Use data and insight to make smart decisions
* Communicate confidently and influence at all levels
ENTERTAINMENT AREAS
* Softplay: Create a safe and imaginative play environment
* Bowling: Deliver lively, fun competition for all ages
* Arcade: Offer excitement with classic and cutting-edge games
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* 3+ years' experience in senior hospitality or entertainment management
* Proven ability to deliver strong financial results (turnover £1M+)
* Dynamic leadership and team development skills
* Level 3+ food hygiene (within last 3 years) and relevant qualification or experience
* Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS clearance (may be required)
* Full UK driving licence (desirable)
* A proactive learner, passionate about trends and innovation
