Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated ASB Case Officer to join our team at WCR Band 3 on a base rate. The ASB Case Officer will play a crucial role in investigating, resolving, and preventing incidents of anti-social behavior while collaborating closely with affected individuals, local authorities, and community stakeholders. Responsibilities
Investigate and manage cases of anti-social behavior effectively.
Collaborate with local authorities, law enforcement, and community organizations to address ASB issues.
Provide support and guidance to victims of anti-social behavior, ensuring their needs are met.
Document all incidents and cases thoroughly, maintaining accurate records of investigations and outcomes.
Develop and implement strategies and interventions aimed at reducing the incidence of anti-social behavior.
Conduct interviews and gather evidence to support case management processes.
Participate in community engagement initiatives to raise awareness about ASB and promote positive community relations.
Requirements
Proven experience in case management or related field, preferably in social services or community safety.
Strong understanding of anti-social behavior legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse communities.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high standards in record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Empathy and understanding towards victims of anti-social behavior, with a commitment to community welfare.
Relevant qualifications in social work, criminology, public policy, or a related field are desirable.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £24.80
