Derby College Group (DCG) are looking for a Learning Support Trainer to join our Student Experience and Pastoral team to support a range of neurodiverse students across DCG's fantastic campuses. The opportunity
You will play a crucial role in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere in the college’s Base-Rooms. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one and small group coaching sessions, managing the daily operations of the Learning Support Base Rooms, identifying and addressing student support needs, and acting as a Mental Health First Aider to support students' wellbeing.

You will have a passion for education, an energy to invest in the students you support and an ability to drive and implement new initiatives. If you’re positive, motivated, and have a understanding of sector frameworks, SEND code of practice, and experience with Additional Learning Support we would love to hear from you!
