We're looking for a dedicated, forward-thinking Teacher to take the lead in Literacy & Communication while playing an active and impactful role across our vibrant and inclusive SEN school community.
You will:
- Lead school-wide Literacy & Communication strategies
- Design and implement tailored, inclusive curricula and assessments
- Coach and support staff across departments
- Work closely with SALT, VI, HI, and ASD teams
- Analyse progress data and drive interventions
- Actively contribute to whole-school improvement
This is more than a teaching job - it's a middle leadership role where you'll shape progress, inspire staff, and empower learners every single day.
Part of the Ascendancy Partnership Trust family of schools, Manor Green School is a large and phenomenally successful special school educating c300 students aged 2-19, who, due to their complex needs, require significant specialist support to succeed academically and achieve their full potential.
