Are you ready to make a real, lasting difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? Do you have a passion for Literacy & Communication and the drive to lead and innovate across a whole school setting?

We're looking for a dedicated, forward-thinking Teacher to take the lead in Literacy & Communication while playing an active and impactful role across our vibrant and inclusive SEN school community.

You will:
- Lead school-wide Literacy & Communication strategies
- Design and implement tailored, inclusive curricula and assessments
- Coach and support staff across departments
- Work closely with SALT, VI, HI, and ASD teams
- Analyse progress data and drive interventions
- Actively contribute to whole-school improvement

This is more than a teaching job - it's a middle leadership role where you'll shape progress, inspire staff, and empower learners every single day.
