Are you an experienced and passionate educator with a strong background in Literacy and Communication? Do you have a clear vision for inclusive practice and a desire to lead impactful change across a thriving special school?
We are seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of Head of Literacy & Communication. This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking and committed teacher to step into a middle leadership role and shape the learning journeys of students with a wide range of complex needs.
As Head of Literacy & Communication, you will lead the strategic development of Literacy and Communication across the school, ensuring that every pupil - from early learners to post-16 - has the tools they need to communicate, engage and thrive.
