Remedy Education are on the hunt for an amazing Teaching Assistant to work in one of our leading mainstream School located in Tottenham, North London. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team, where you will be supporting a year 3 class, using your SEN skills and academic teaching ability.
Ideal Teaching Assistant:
- Graduates who studied either Psychology, Criminology, Education Studies or Creative Arts are welcome to apply!
- Has experience working with children in a school setting
- Has personal interests in supporting children and young people with special needs
- Undertaking structured and agreed learning activities/teaching programmes, adjusting activities to ensure achievement of learning goals.
- Establishing good relationships with children, acting as a role model.
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Experience working either SEN children
- Safeguarding experience
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (preferably on the update service)
