As a Facilities Assistant with ISS UK, you will be at the heart of the action, playing a key role in our catering operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with picking, packing, delivering, and serving food, while maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and safety.
The Role
Assist with all tasks leading up to meal delivery by the driver, following specified food safety parameters.
Accurately order, store, rotate, portion, seal, pick, pack, and label food items according to specified guidelines.
Ensure compliance with all company and statutory regulations related to health & safety, hygiene, and fire safety at all times.
Maintain personal and general cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with company and statutory requirements.
Wear the correct dress code or uniform at all times.
Act in accordance with all company and client contracts to best serve the company’s interests.
Maintain a positive, helpful attitude and demeanor throughout working hours.
Represent our catering & operations teams always thinking of Client satisfaction.
About You
DBS required.
Enthusiastic approach to work.
Good understanding of the principals of food hygiene.
You can follow instructions but are not scared to make your own decisions for what's best for the customer.
Making sure the customer come first, ensuring their experience is an exceptional one one.
