This newly created role is your chance to shape the future of legal service delivery across Greater Manchester.
Your role will include:
- Lead the management of our legal services contract, ensuring compliance, performance, and financial accountability.
- Develop and implement performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
- Act as the key liaison between Salford and Manchester legal teams, building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor budgets, forecast financial risks, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement in legal service delivery.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A degree or equivalent experience in contract/business management or a related field.
- Proven experience managing large-scale contracts, ideally in the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of legal frameworks, contract compliance, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A commercial mindset with a commitment to public service values.
