Location: East Lancashire
Contract: Full Time, 39 hours per week
Salary: £36,339.37 - £37,000k per annum
Annual Leave: 33 days (inclusive of bank holidays)

As Support Manager, you will provide overall leadership, management, and performance oversight to several teams within a designated area. You will champion a transparent and inclusive culture, while ensuring robust compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organisational standards.
Building trusted relationships is at the heart of this role with the people we support, their families, local authorities, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders to drive positive outcomes and empower lives.

Skills & Experience Required
Level 4 Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to work towards it.
Proven experience supporting people with learning disabilities.
Strong track record in leading teams and managing service delivery within regulated care services.
Deep understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and relevant care regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Confident using digital systems (e.g. Excel, care planning software).
Flexibility to travel locally and work across multiple locations.
Desirable:
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing change.
Full UK driving licence with business insurance.
