Crynodeb
General maintenance builder for property company. No new work. Must be able to undertake general building maintenance, indoor and outdoor i.e. electrical (maintenance), joinery, plastering, painting (maintenance), low level pointing, replacing facia boards, sophitts, garden fencing/ garden maintenance.
Job is based in Southport working in Southport, Liverpool (North) and Preston.
Exciting opportunity for the right person with a new building company. Applicants must have significant experience of working as a builder, have a mature approach to employment and able to work unsupervised.
Some building inspection work.
Generous remuneration, company vehicle or mileage allowance, four weeks annual paid leave, four weeks paid sick leave after qualifying period, healthcare insurance, pension scheme. Opportunity for advancement to supervisory or management position as company grows. Support for further education/ training.
Would consider part time working e.g. Mon - Thurs for the right applicant under the right circumstances.
