Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge in a busy manufacturing environment? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a globally recognised automotive manufacturer based in Coventry.

The Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of electrical equipment across the site. You'll be responsible for reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance, contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
* Maintain accurate records using SAP and support shift handovers.
* Perform planned maintenance in line with the TPM schedule.
* Support the development of the planned maintenance system.
* Promote and maintain a safe working environment and safety culture.
* Carry out general maintenance tasks including replacing bearings, drive belts, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, sensors, pneumatics, and working with PLCs.

What We're Looking For:
* Strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, ideally within manufacturing.
* Experience with fault finding on PLC systems (Siemens/Allen Bradley), HMI's, DC drives, inverter controls, and safety systems.
* Competence in electrical installation and troubleshooting across electrical, pneumatic, and control systems.
* NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* Qualified to 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
